Choose Life.

"I have set before you life and death,...so choose life in order that you may live,...by loving the Lord your God, by obeying HIs voice, and by holding fast to Him; for this is your life..." (Deut.30:19-20). This challenge to O.T. Israel reveals a principle that is true today. Absolute dependence upon the Lord (loving the Lord your God) which results in heartfelt obedience (obeying His voice) is the key to life, to blessing, to knowing God's favor. God does not bless rebellion. Have we chosen life by loving the Lord with all your heart...surrendering your self-directed life and trusting Christ alone? Do we love the Lord and obey Him completely? This is the only way to truly live.
