Jesus is ABLE to save forever.

Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant...He is able to save forever those who draw near to God through Him..." (Heb.7:22b,25a). If I were perfect I would not need to be saved from the penalty and power of sin, but like every other human being I am NOT perfect so I do need rescued. I rejoice that in Christ I am forgiven and draw near to God. Christ is ABLE to save forever, but that salvation comes only to those who believe.
